John Floyd Miller

June 17, 1931 – October 13, 2024

John “Jack” Miller, age 93, passed away peacefully in St. Clair Shores, in the company of loved ones.

Jack leaves behind his beloved wife of 43 years, Brenda Miller; his step-children Kathy Lane (Paul Moran), David Coulter, Ken Coulter (Ed Timmons); his children Cathy Pietrasiuk, Sandy (Tim), John Jr. (Cheryl), Pat (Julie), Tom (Chris), Mary Migala (Tom), Sharon, James (Xenia); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jack is predeceased by his parents Roy Miller and Olive Huard; his siblings James, Paul, Albert and Margaret; and son-in-laws Michael Lane, Dan Chambers and James Pietrasiuk.

Jack spent the majority of his career in the hospitality business managing hotels and restaurants. Jack and Brenda enjoyed travel (especially England and Scotland), playing games with family, and their dear Gilbert’s Lodge group of friends.

Jack was loved and will be greatly missed. The family will be honoring him beginning with the Memorial gathering at 9:00 am immediately followed by mass at 10:00 am at at St. Joan of Arc, 22412 Overlake St., Saint Clair Shores, Michigan 48080.
