Jill Anne Miller (nee DePorter), age 52, of Clay, Michigan passed away suddenly on October 3, 2021, at Ascension Detroit. Jill was born on August 28, 1969, in Grosse Pointe, Michigan to Gloria and Alan DePorter. Jill grew up in St. Clair Shores, MI attending St. Joan of Ark, South Lake High School and Macomb Community College.
Jill is survived by her beloved husband Don, her loving parents Gloria and Alan and her cherished brother Jeffrey DePorter. She was the loving aunt of Justin and Claire DePorter and Owen Miller. Jill is also survived by her loving mother-in-law, Evelyn, many cherished aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jill was predeceased by her grandparents: Rose “Gug” and Donald “Papa” Horne and Phila “VO” Baldwin, her uncle, Michael Horne and her aunt, Patricia Horne Banfill.
Jill loved spending time with her husband and friends on their boats, traveling with her parents and spending time with and watching her precious “furbaby”, Taylor, compete in dog shows.
