Gerald Jerry Wiegand

Gerald "Jerry" Wiegand died on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 after a hard fought battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Jerry was a lifetime resident of Macomb County and the founder of Gazebo Banquet Center and Wiegand Mack. He graduated the first class at St. Anne Catholic Grade School. Jerry loved his family tremendously and was a hard worker that took pride in his companies, employees, and friends. Beloved husband of Joan for 51 years. Loving father of Michael and Jennifer (Mike) Klieman. Proud grandfather of Mikey, Sarah and Erica. Beloved godfather of Kevin (Lisa) DeHart. Brother of Beverley (Bill) Ritz and brother-in-law of "Cookie" (Jerry) Hawkins. Predeceased by parents Rita and Leo and siblings Leroy, Diane and Greg. Visitation Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday, September, 18, 2011 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren with a Rosary Sunday at 7:00 pm. In state Monday, September 19, 2011 from 9:30 am until time of Mass 10:00 am at St Anne Catholic Church, 32000 Mound Rd., Warren. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
