Served in the United States Navel Reserve 1951-1963 (On completion was Chief Petty Officer)

Tony was the former owner of Hamilton Die and Mold Company. He was an accomplished mold maker for the auto industry for 40 years. Tony also owned Accurate Duplicating and Machining. In 1972, he was awarded the Pontiac Firebird honor for his outstanding mold accomplishment. Tony’s specialties were plastic molds, proto type tooling and die cast die components.
Sports, music, reading, eating out, boating and walking were his pastime. Time spent with his family and friends were important to him. Anthony was a loyal man, a man of integrity, a brilliant man, a man of substance, a humble man, a quiet man, his pleasures were simple, but very generous and supportive of others, especially those in need.
Tony was predeceased by his loving wife of 66 years, Patricia Ann. Dear father of Michelle Rene Kroetsch (Charles), Monette Marie Dudek (David), Curtiss, James Ostosh (Sue), Christopher John Ostosh (Lynda), and the late Gregory Ostosh. Grandfather of David Dudek (Beth), Timothy Dudek (Rita), Christopher John Ostosh, Jr., Amanda Bergen (William), Geoffrey Ostosh (Ivy), Curtiss Ostosh II, Rebekah Ostosh, Andrew Ostosh (Lauren), and Nicolas Ostosh. Great-grandfather of Hudson Bergen and Sullivan Bergen.
Tony is predeceased by his son Gregory Ostosh, mother Marion “Mary” Ostosh, and step-father Felix Ostosh.
A memorial gathering for Anthony will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Paul on the Lake, 157 Lake Shore, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236, followed by a memorial mass at 10:00 AM.
