Mr. I.B. Garner, age 78 of Williamson, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at the Spalding Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Garner was born June 30, 1932 in Concord, son of the late William Thomas Garner and the late Emma Lou Helms Garner. He was preceded in death by 14 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include sisters, Jessie Lou Cannon of Gay, Minnie May Moody of Brooks; Betty Sue Tanksley of Concord and long life guardian, Elizabeth Garner of Williamson.
Funeral services for Mr. Garner will be held Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Johnson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
