Mr. Keebler was born September 2, 1926. He was a member of East Griffin Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Edith Keebler.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Keebler; children, Kenneth Keebler and Jan Keebler; step-daughter, Rachel Evans; step-sons, Roger Tante, Danny Tante and Terry Tante and grandson, Shawn Keebler. Nieces, nephews and other family also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Arthur Eugene Keebler will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at East Griffin Baptist Church. Rev. Charles Killingsworth will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
