This was my dad. We adopted each other "unofficially" 3 years ago. I took care of him through his chemotherapy treatments and had breakfast with him every Sunday. I loved him to pieces, and will miss him terribly.

Well uncle I didn't get up there to stay a week or two with like we had planned.the family you had up there respected you and thought alot of you I'm proud for that I wanted to pay my respects but I will have to do it in person if your up there with grandpa tell him I love him and I'm coming to see him it's been to long I love ya you are missed and loved . I remember when I first moved to Cowlington about 27 years ago. I was walking to the mailbox one day and Ricky seen me and mustered up enough courage to come and talk to me. He was so adorably shy but after time we became friends and he even asked me out on a date a couple of times. I'm friends with his sister Renea and her 4 sons. We were neighbors for years and there was never a dull moment around our neighborhood. I will always cherish the memories we made and forever love my dear friend Rickey. 
My prayers go out to your family.   Renea if you need anything you know how to get in touch with me. I love you all.

This is Robbie I was married to Shawn. I’m praying for all of you. Ricky was his own person. I remember him being married to my bestie Judy. We would come up to cowlihton and hang out with them. They lived in the little house down at the end. We decided to ride on the hood of Rena’s car. She hit the brakes off I came Ricky was standing there laughing. We would go up to the lake and hang out drinking wild turkey. I have so many memories of Ricky. I’m glad I have those. Ricky I love you 💕❤️😘 and I’m going to miss you so much. 

Rickey Ray Payne  of Rogers Ark. Passed away  he grew up in Cowlington ok.  Born December 2 ,1968  along with his twin brother Rodney Jaay Payne he has 1 son Ricky Brown . 1 brother Randy Payne and wife Barbara of Ark. 2 sisters Renea Nixon of Cowlington Ok. Rhonda Stephens and husband Ricky. He is proceed in death by his parents Rayon and Ruby Payne , 3 brothers Rodney Jaay Payne,Roger Payne, and Ronald, his grand parents . Number of Aunt's and Uncles. He will be laid to rest in old bokoshe cemetery. 

This was one of my baby brothers. He loved riding motorcycles horses and spending time with his family and his close friends Mike Dee's and Lance McCuller. He was the life to our family camping trips and fishingand picking at his 2 sisters. He adored his older brother Randy.  He had to many friends to mention but none are. Forgotten. He had 1 necice and 5 nephews. And great amount of loved nephews and nieces.  He is surived by 1 brother Randy Payne and wife Barbara. 1 sister Rhonda Stephens and husband Ricky . Another sister Renea Nixon. Proceeded in death by his parents Rayon and Ruby Payne  3 brothers Roger Payne Ronald Payne and his twin brother Rodney Jaay Payne. He will be miss by his family and friends. He will be laid to rest by his twin brother Rodney Payne in bokoshe cemetery  

Harlyen will forever love and miss you uncle Rickey , catch a bunch of fish until we see you again ! We love you
