Richard Allen Null Sr.

Richard Allen Null, Sr., 76, of Bonanza, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023 in Fort Smith. He was born December 21, 1946 in Bonanza to Alvin Eddie and Clara Mae (Daniels) Null. He was retired from the auto parts industry, of the Christian faith and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by one son, Richard Allen Null, Jr. and wife, Allison of Hackett; one daughter, Rhonda Black and husband, Scott of Bonanza; one brother, Billy Null and wife, Linda of Hackett; one sister, Sharon Bowers of Greenwood; five grandchildren, Jake Black and wife, Nikki, Janessa Steely, Nathan Null, Jordyn Null and Genna Null and three great grandchildren, Austin Black, Steely Black and Laityn Bunch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Ann Null, a brother, Clifton Null and grandson, Zachary Null.

Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, August 19 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at a later date in the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith. Visitation with the family will follow the service.
