Melinda gave me a couple of perms.  She was the sweetest lady! I'm so sorry for your loss still today.

Melinda was a high school classmate and though our paths have not crossed in many years I am heartbroken over her passing. We had such fun times together running from one friend’s house to another.  My sincerest condolences to family and friends that loved Melinda and prayers of comfort for all.

I am Austin’s stepmom, makes me Taryn’s step mother in law.  :) Melinda cut my hair and Paul’s, too, for a few years.   We loved Melinda. When visiting Taryn, she would always honk and wave as she drove by our house enroute to Austin and Taryn’s house. 

Melinda came to our Thanksgiving dinner this year.  She brought a wonderful layered salad. She and I sat next to each other at the table.  We shared lots of laughs that evening.  She was especially giving her oldest grandson a hard time...just doing what Meemee’s do. That was the last interaction that I had with her. 

As I said, we loved Melinda. She was always gracious and kind. Our hearts are broken with her untimely passing.  We will miss her!

Although I’ve not seen Melinda in years, the photos of her contagious smile remind me of our high school years.  She was always fun, happy and a joy to be around.  She was one of the good ones.  With deep sadness, my thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

I meet melinda when I was a kid I always went to her to get my haircut when I was a teenager I when to get my haircut one day wearing ratty shoes later that day melinda shows up at my house with a brand new pair of shoes for me I will miss her 

Melinda was a fine woman and hairdresser. I always enjoyed chatting with her and I am praying for comfort for her family and that they will always share their happy memories of having her in their and our lives.  Rest well my friend.


        Melinda was a wonderful person. I loved to talk with her.  I could call her from work and ask if she had a opening to cut my hair she always said come over after you get off work and I will work you in. Always with a smile on her face.

I went to high school with Melinda.  She was a sweet, bubbly, beautiful person!  I am so sorry for your loss.  Praying for peace and comfort for your family.  💔

I knew Melinda from high school and she was such a sweetheart.  From the sound of it, that never changed.  So sorry for your loss and prayers for the family during this difficult time.   We are all better off for knowing Melinda♥️

Melinda was 10 or so when I first saw her impish grin and recognized her daring and fearless spirit.  She still had that same grin and spirit when last seen, poolside at her sister's home in 2018.
I will cherish that last hug and "I love you" that we shared.

Am heartbroken over the loss of a great hairdresser and even greater friend.

Melinda was my neighbor many years ago... I was a young momma & she took me under her wing. She always had a smile & kind word. She took the time to make, not only myself but everyone she met, feel important & loved. She always had a smile and kind word, no matter how long since I had seen her last. Melinda was a truly exceptional lady that I was blessed to call a friend. Rest in love beautiful angel ♡

I am Melindas aunt. she cut my hair many times and enjoyed being with her. She was so fun to be with. Hope they make who killed her  to suffer for the rest of her life.

I met Melinda at the lake and immediately fell in love with her. Yes, she was a hoot and loved life. I will miss her deeply. 

She was a very sweet woman. I enjoyed talking to her while she cut my hair. She will be missed but not forgotten.  RIP Fly high my friend. Prayers to her family.

Melinda cut my hair a few times and gave me my curly perms. She was smiling every time I saw her. My last cut was 3 weeks ago.  Her hair was long and curly and she looked so pretty.  She was easy to talk to. She talked about her siblings and the holiday meals they shared.  I'm truly heartbroken to know she is gone.  My deepest sympathy to the family. 

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about my sister. Brought tears to my eyes. I see many people described her as a free spirit, and that she was.!!  (She could have shared some of that with me!!)
While she was in beauty school  she also inspired me also to become a stylist. 
We would always greet each other with a big “HEY SISTA”!!!
We spent many summer days by the pool/  that seemed to be our hangout.

Melinda always cut my hair growing up and she always had a smile on her face. She is gone too soon but will always be remembered by those who knew her. Prayers for her family.

I met Melinda over 20 years ago and she has been cutting my hair and my son's hair ever since.
We had a lot in common to talk about with our books,movies,and tv shows,and life. You could talk about anything with Melinda;and she understood. We swapped a lot of books and clothes over the years.
She was a wonderful "people" person and always made you feel better to be around her.
The world will be a lot less bright without her smile. I will miss her so much.

What a sweet lady  gone to soon .the first time I met her she had the most beautiful smile. my children adored her. I know she will be greatly missed by so many .prayers to all her family.

Melinda, your beautiful smile brought so much fun, laughter, and  love into our home.  I can see you and James and little Taryn and all the  other kids at the pool swimming,  and listening to your favorite music,  ordering pizza, and just having the best time.  You brought so much joy into our lives,  I know you and James are  in Heaven planning some kind of mischief right now, I hope so.

Loosing you brings us so much grief, and this message  had been difficult to type, but I wanted you and  everyone to know how much our family loves you.

Melinda's dad, LC, and my dad were best friends since the 2nd grade in Van Buren.  I began to know her in 1977 when we moved to Springdale and our families spent a lot of time together.  Once I laid eyes on her, I began trying to make her my girlfriend immediately but she was much too smart for that.  We spent a lot of time at LC's funeral together catching up on the last 30 years or so.  She was as positive and engaging as ever.  She will be missed.

Iv know melinda for years. She has cut my hair, and she cut my oldest son hair from time to time because it was easy getting his wheelchair in the shop. And I think he had a little crush on her. Now they are in heaven together. She was a very sweet lady,and we will miss her greatly. RIP my sweet friend. 

Melinda and I worked together just a few yrs ago we teased about that dont need to know lol she was a very wonderful free spirited person  u will be missed by many Melinda we will talk again one day my sweet lady ❣❣❣

She cut my sons hair for years. She was the only one to cut his hair the way he liked( he was picky) we would just drop by and Melinda would always get him right in. She talked A lot about her grandson Gage. You can tell she really adored him. I’m going to miss her and her smile ❤️

I knew Melinda well, I lived across the street for many years. Myself and Gage would pick katobba worms from the big trees. She cut my Momma's hair for years. We would sit on her front step and talk and laugh. She was always happy and smiling. Such a beautiful soul, taken to soon. My prayers to the family.

I feel like my mother was a free spirited person. She did what she wanted and she was happy. From her hemp sandals to the braid in her hair, I told her she was a hippie and she would giggle. My Momma has always made me think of hot summer days and peach picking. Cause that's when we were happy. 
Momma loved coca cola, and she collected many things. She was a major yard selling queen. Momma loved to go camping and we were always tanning by the pool, when I was a kid she was always up for a cruisen it didn't matter where to, she was just fun.
Mom loved her grandkids, and they all loved her, more than anyone else in their whole world. She would gather the world on her back just so they could have it. And we all adored that smile that made us all happy.
Mommas smile was cute. She was absolutely adorable. I couldn't be prouder than to have such a talented and amazing woman as my mother. I was always fed and I was always loved.
Not once in my life did she ever feel disappointed in me that I knew of, she was always impressed even when i was being awful,  sometimes we both were. Momma was always proud of any basic accomplishment i had, and she would never let me forget.
Momma loved us too much. And i wish that love had been enough to save her.

 Memorial Service 

Melinda is survived by her siblings, Yolanda Snow, Harlan Snow and Andrea Snow. Melinda left behind her children, Taryn Williams and son in-law, Austin Williams, her three grandchildren who were the light of her life and a mass of friends and family who loved her and were blessed with her presence.
