Connie was like family to me. Her mother took me in when I was 14 yr.old until school was out. I moved to Texas and lost contact with her for years.  Connie was very caring for people. We had a lot of laughs. My thoughts are with her family and friends.

I met Connie Morrison when I was in middle school at Greenwood, AR.  Her son, Mark Morrison and I had begun hanging out at that time in my life and of course that meant going over to Mark's house to hang out.  Connie was the very definition of a loving and caring Mother.  She would always ask if we were hungry or thirsty, she would always have a smile on her face and that soft spoken voice she had made you feel that everything was going to be alright.  She loved and adored her son, Mark and treated all of his friends with that same love and care.  She was a true Christian lady and made her home into a warm and inviting place for all. On a personal note, I always felt bad for drinking all of the milk she had....I was quite the milk drinker back then and she knew it and would always have extra on hand if she knew I was coming over.  I am so happy that she got to spoil her beloved grandchildren.  I will miss Connie so much...but I look forward to the fact that I will see her again one day.  She left and unforgettable impression on my life that lasted my entire life and she will never be forgotten.

So very sorry to hear this about Connie.  I first met her at FBJL and instantly gained a new friend.  She had the most beautiful smile and kind heart of anyone I knew.  I sure will miss her and her precious poems.  May the Good Lord bless you and give you peace and comfort in your loss.

She wrote the most beautiful things about life, love & loss. She captured memories unique to her life & common to us all. Aunt Connie loved unconditionally & completely. What a precious gift she was to the world. Her legacy is joy.

I am going to miss her on my mail route. She was always happy and wanted to fix me cookies. So sorry for your loss, Paul. She was a special lady. She is no longer in pain though and is singing hymns in Heaven.

Connie was a very sweet person. We went to High School  together You had to love Connie.  I did not see her much except on Facebook.  Connie, I will see you when I get to Heaven.
