William Norman Rutledge, age 81, passed away July 9, 2015. He was born in Cedartown, GA to the late Lex Rutledge and Ruby Jo Brown. William is survived by three children: Keith Rutledge (Brenda), Kelvin Rutledge, and Kathryn Casper; one sister Sara Lanier; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
