Born in Greenville, SC, Tip was a graduate of Washington Center, a Special Olympian and he attended Piedmont Skills before moving to Babcock Center group homes in Columbia, SC. Tip was the first member of Taylors First Baptist Church Special Ed Sunday School Class.
Tip enjoyed music, especially bluegrass, playing in the water and was always ready to go for a ride.
Tip was a real joy and he touched many lives.
A visitation for Tipton will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Taylors First Baptist Church, 200 W Main St, Taylors, SC 29687 with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary.
