A native of Greenville County. He was the son of the late Frank James Fowler and Janie Mae Fowler.
Larry is survived by his grandson, TJ Fowler, granddaughter, Katlyn Fowler Blackwell (Matthew), two great-grandsons, Noah and MJ, and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his only son, Bryan K. Fowler, three brothers, George Fowler, Frank James "Junior" Fowler, Aaron Eugene "Bubba" Fowler.
He was an avid race car driver and former fishing guide. Larry owned and operated the former Fowler's Texaco in Taylors.
He was also a member of the Shriners Fraternity.
A graveside service for Larry will be held Friday, April 22nd, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.
