Born in 1950, John served his country in the Air Force before being called to Christian service. He pastored Indian Hills Baptist Church, Missouri, (c. 1979) and served locally in Faith Baptist Church (c. 1983). He was passionate about serving others and was a member of North Hills Church. He cofounded Abundant Grace International, where he counselled and befriended hundreds and in which capacity he is sorely missed (Ec. 4:9-12).
In addition to his wife, Patricia, and mother, Elisabeth K. Moyer, John is survived by son, Tony Graham (Laura); daughter, Tristy Mead; and beloved grandchildren, Caleb, Katelyn (Jacob), Kestrel, Bryson, and Christian.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 23, 11:00 AM, at North Hills Church, Taylors, South Carolina.
