After graduation from Greenfield High School in 1945, she was a a WWII plane spotter and could still identify the planes at 97 years old. As a brave young mother, she traveled cross country in a station wagon and tent camped with 6 children for months at a time, instilling in all of them a desire to travel, to learn about our land and to enjoy the beauty of creation. Jane and Norm’s later travels took them all over the US, Europe and the Caribbean. In her retirement, she learned to paint and golf earning awards in both. She studied the Bible, history, literature, sports, politics, languages and various topics of interest. In Florida, she was a docent at Echo’s Global Mission to provide hope against hunger.
Jane lived out her Christian faith with a genuine love for those who knew her and the hope that all will come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
There will be an internment service in Greenfield at the convenience of the family.
