Deborah Jean Plummer, 64, of Greenville, SC passed away peacefully on June 7, 2018. A graduate of Bowsher High School (’71), Toledo, Ohio, Deborah was a loving wife, mother and grandma, and an active member of the Foothills Peacemakers, Gaston County Quilters and Quilters with a Heart quilt guilds. She loved crafting things for others and sharing her creativity and passion.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Jean Mead of Toledo, OH; her in-laws, James and Marjorie Plummer of Port Richey, FL; and sister-in-law, Janis Tumlin of New Orleans, LA. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Jim Plummer; her daughter, Melissa Thomas (Steven) of Piedmont, SC; her son, Michael Plummer (Erica) of Spartanburg, SC; four grandchildren and one great grandchild; her sister, Sandy Monahan (Tim) of Palmetto, FL; her brother, Craig Mead (Pam) of Toledo, Ohio; numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and many loving friends.
Her loving kindness will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Monday, June 11, 2018 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Century Drive, 311 Century Dr., Greenville, SC 29607; a visitation will immediately follow.
