Amber Michelle Sagedy

She was born on July 10, 1991, in Asheville, North Carolina. Amber is survived by her mother, Leanne Kallman, her father, Michael Sagedy, and her sister, Hannah Sagedy, as well as by her stepfather, David Kallman, her stepbrother Morgan Kallman, her grandmother, Barbara Fish, her grandparents, Louis and Joan Sagedy and by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her grandfather, Eddie Fish, preceded her in death. She grew up in Greenville, SC, attending school at Our Lady of the Rosary, St. Joseph’s, J.L. Mann, and the University of South Carolina. She will be remembered for her contagious smile and her heart of gold. Her bright personality was reflected in her brilliant and creative artwork. She enjoyed drawing, listening to music, watching movies, and always being there for her friends. She always had the time to lend an ear to anyone in need. Amber loved life and she will truly be missed. This angel has flown home to be with God and her Pop-Pop.

Please join us to help celebrate her live. A visitation will be held at Mackey Mortuary on Friday, January 27th from 5:00-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion, NC on Saturday, January 28th at 2:00pm with burial to follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
