Phyllis I. Williamson

Phyllis I. (Wolford) Williamson, 86 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday December 27, 2024, at 2:53 AM at Trust Well Living at Oakley Place. Phyllis was born March 2, 1938, in Greenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Lemuel and Gladys Wolford.

Phyllis worked at the Credit Bureau of Darke County; she was a lifetime member of the VFW; she enjoyed playing piano and served as the church organist; she loved gardening, traveling, quilting, and especially reading.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dwight Williamson whom she married September 30, 1956; her brother, William Wolford; and her sister, Carol Flory.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Cheryl and Dane Ganger, and Christina and Bruce Volk; her grandchildren, Derek and Kari, Melanie and Craig Stewart, Drew Ganger and Chelsea Welch, Audra, Conrad, and Gretchen; and her great grandchildren; Katelyn, Claire, Hailee, Blake, and Emma.

A graveside service will be held on Monday January 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Greenville Cemetery with Pastor Tony Price officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Monday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinsons Foundation.
