Jack Eugene Anderson

Jack Eugene Anderson, age 88 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at his home, on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 3:07 PM. Born in Darke County, Ohio on February 20, 1933 he was one of 5 children to the late Minor & Mildred (North) Anderson. Jack retired from DP&L after working for 39 years. He was a member of the Greenville Moose Lodge and Eagles. Jack was in various bowling leagues for 50 years, and always enjoyed going to his grandchildren’s sporting events at Tri-Village. You could find him tinkering around, mowing the lawn; he was always doing something. He loved his cars, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals play football and Nascar races. Even though he is watching over us now, we know he is still with us, forever “shooing away the geese” at Olwine. He will be truly missed. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son Jeff Anderson: brother Steve Anderson: sister Marilyn Wirrig.

Survived by children Angie Burns; Scott & Suzanne Anderson; Jodi Byers: grandchildren Klint Burns; Kyler Burns & Amy; Kaila & Logan Brubaker; Justin & Candice Anderson; Kyli & Hazen Ripple; Cody Gunkle; Alyssa Baumgardner; Austin Baumgardner; Braylon Byers: great-grandchildren Coltin; Kohen; Beckett; Berklee; Evelyn; Scottie; Joyce; Bella; Grayson: siblings Kenny & Carolyn Anderson; Wayne & Gisela Anderson: as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
