Whitney is survived by husband Quentin Wilkinson, 15-year old daughter Destiny Simpson and 1-year old son, Gabriel Wilkinson. Also surviving are her parents, Mom, Karen DeBord and her husband, Jack Phillips; Dad, Ted DeBord and significant other Kathryn Martin. Also surviving are two brothers, Jamison Scott DeBord, and Shawn Patrick DeBord. She had cousins, nieces, and nephews who adored her and co-workers who laughed and cried with her. Whitney was smart, strong, and loved to laugh. She will he missed more than she knows!
Whitney will be cremated. Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services of Greensboro is handling the arrangements.

Lakeside Animal Hospital in Cameron, NC has established Whitney’s Memorial Fund, Whitney loved animals and would be happy that the funds would be used to care for the animals that really need it. Donations can be made through the Donation link below or by calling the hospital at 910-495-7387, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lakeside plans to use the funds the help stray animals relinquished to them.
