Robert Paul Muller

Robert Paul Muller, 64, passed away, Thursday, April 13, 2023. Born in Alexandria, Virginia December 11, 1958, he was the son of Bruce and Florence Muller. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 21, at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel with Rev. Newton Cowan officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 1:30 p.m., prior to the service.

Robert achieved quite the accomplishments throughout his life. He was an Eagle Scout, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, received his Configuration Management II Certification from Arizona State University and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed with Boeing Vertol Company, Parker Hannifin, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Raytheon Company and McDonnell Douglas Corporation, just to name a few.

Bob enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, going to the shooting range for target practice and entering shooting competitions. He had a deep love for his chihuahua Max, Purdue sports and swimming. He also enjoyed doing projects inside and outside of the house, yard work included.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Muller; sons, Kevin Austin Nichols and William Mitchell Muller; grandchildren, Leo Guy Nichols, Brady William Nichols, Mackenzie Kendall Muller and Elijah Kane Muller; parents, Bruce and Florence Muller; brother, Bruce C. Muller Jr., sisters, Janet Elisabeth Muller, Kathryn Ann Muller and Brita Susan Boer.

A family/friends gathering will be held after the service at the home of Kevin and Michelle Nichols.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Youth Focus Act Together Emergency Shelter, 405 Parkway, Suite A, Greensboro, NC 27401.
