Patricia L. Taylor, 94, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born on January 17, 1922, In Fries, VA., the daughter of Earley C. and Cora Lee Shupe Moore. She worked as a nurse with the City of Winston Salem Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Taylor; two sons, Bobby Barlow and Larry Barlow and two sisters, Edna Smith and Ruby Jones. Surviving are her daughters; Sandra Morgan of the home and Gail Greene and husband Jim of McLeansville, NC; grandchildren; Tammy Morgan(David Bushong), David Morgan (Christy Reagan); great grandchildren, Ray Schmidt and Cody Davis and great great grandchild, Renee Schmidt.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, 3:00 p.m. at Guilford Memorial Park with Rev. Kelly Jones and Rev. Charles Mustain officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel on Saturday.
