Nancy Ramseur Marlow

Nancy Ramseur Marlow, 81, a former resident of Jamestown passed away on Wednesday March 30, 2022 at Spring Arbor Assisted Living in Greensboro. She was born in Cabarrus County the daughter of Jennings Dodson and Viola Eagle Ramseur.

Nancy retired as a loan officer with the Internal Revenue Employees Federal Credit Union. She was a substitute teacher in the Ragsdale and Southwest School Systems. Nancy was a longtime member of Glenwood United Methodist Church.

She was married to Kenneth L. Marlow, Sr. who preceded her in death on August 1, 2016.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Lisa M. Bates and husband Robert of Lexington; two sons, Kenneth L. Marlow, Jr. and wife Leigh of Greensboro, Philip Marlow and wife Nikki of Winston-Salem; one brother, J.D. Ramseur and wife Sandy of N. Myrtle Beach, SC; five granddaughters, Catherine Bonifay and husband Ryan, Caroline Mangili and husband Joey, Camille Bates, Grace Marlow, Gigi Marlow and two grandsons, Henry Marlow and Bennett Marlow and wife Lindsay.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday April 2, 2022 at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the graveside.
