Coy Irvin Kimbro

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Parkway Baptist Church at 10:00 am. Rev. Kevin VaLeu will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service.

Coy was born in Caswell County to the late Coy and Julia Smith Kimbro. He was a US Army Veteran. He was a graduate of High Point University and worked for Dow Chemical as a Production Superintendent.

He loved to play golf and watch the stock market.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Deb Cirba and husband Steve. Coy is survived by his wife Elizabeth Kimbro; daughters, Jackie Bartlett and husband Gary of Lakeland, FL, Jenny Morrison and husband Bill of Hickory, NC, Pamela Ann Stern and husband Lee of Phoenix, AZ; sons, Mike Kimbro and wife Karen of Boone, NC and Jerry Kimbro and wife Bonnie of Fort Washington, PA; sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue Greensboro, NC 27405 or to Parkway Baptist Church, 1411 Benjamin Parkway Greensboro, NC 27408 in memory of Coy Irvin Kimbro.
