Corina “Dolly” Isabell Armfield Crabtree passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at the home of her daughter in Beulaville, NC. She was born on October 31, 1933, the daughter of Ed and Marie Schrum Armfield in Guilford County. She was a charter member of Sumner Baptist Church and taught Sunday School for many years. She retired from Dow Corning after 39 years of service.
Dolly was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 42 years, Perry Crabtree; son, Wayne Jordan; granddaughter, Nicole Jordan; grandson, Jason Jordan; brother, Edgar Armfield and sister, Frances Pedigo. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Hava McRoy of Beulaville, NC five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sisters, Lucille Brown and Mary Jane Snyder, both of Jamestown, NC
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, 3:00 pm at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
