Vieannie S. Metcalf

She was a homemaker.

She loved life and doing things to please others. A Christian of strong faith, she now resides with our Lord and Savior.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years: Robert Metcalf; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Ronnie Metcalf, Bobby and Marie Metcalf; one sister: Iva Lee Griffey of Greeneville; 6 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Kie and Violet Shelton; four brothers: Gilbert Bailey, Void (John) Shelton, James Shelton and Clinton Shelton; and one sister: Zetta Lamb.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2pm to 6 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be Sunday at 2 pm in the Chapel of Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Ricker officiating.

Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
