Kathleen Feezell Roberts

Kathleen Feezell Roberts, age 94, a beloved figure of Pigeon Creek Road in Greene County passed away peacefully on July 24th at Life Care Center of Greeneville. She was loved by many and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

Kathleen was a member of Hunt’s Chapel Church and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Roberts, her mother and father, Tom and Matilda Feezell; her brother, Emory Feezell; her sister and brother-in-law, Sally Kate and Hershel Franklin; and nephews Dedrick Franklin and Emory Feezell, Jr.

Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Rex Roberts and Danny Joe and Gail Roberts; her five grandchildren and their spouses, Tracee and Edward Walker II, Chris and Tanya Roberts, BJ and MK Roberts, Veronica and Nicholas Mitchell, and Thomas Roberts and Jacklyn Dixon. She had numerous great-grandchildren along with their spouses, including Ashlynn and Jacksio Guevara, Brooklynn and Christian Salvador, Makayla Roberts, Kaylee Peck, Layla Ketron, Millee Mitchell, Myla Mitchell, Matt Roberts, Lillian Roberts, Thomas Rex Roberts, Virginia Kathleen Roberts, Solomon Eugene Roberts, Hershel Evert Roberts, and Emory Paul Roberts; one great-great-granddaughter Angelina Guevara; one sister-in-law Barbra Jean Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 4-7pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow at 7pm in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel, officiated by Rev. Tracy Jones.

Interment will be at 10am Wednesday at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9am to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers are Chris Roberts, BJ Roberts, Craig Malone, Nick Mitchell, Thomas Roberts, and Steven Franklin.

Honorary Pallbearers are Ronnie Lintz, Randy Lintz, Bill Feezell, Jeff Johnson, and Terry Shelton
