She is survived by her children: David Miller, Lisa (Eddie) Wampler and Susan (Bill) Bolinger; grandchildren: Kryssi Miller, Evan Wampler, Elijah (Breanna) Wampler, Megan (Jarred) Garrett, Joshua Dotson, Noah Bolinger; great grandchildren: Ariyah and Donovan Wright; October, Zander, Jackson, and Athena Wampler; Luka Dotson and Aaron Hensley; her siblings: Jesse Belt of Greeneville, Bobby and June Belt of Kentucky, Nola (Thad) Waddell Winchester of Greeneville; in laws and spouses: Betty (Fred) Childress, Connie (David) Tipton, Charley (Wilma) Miller, Nancy (Don) Stout; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her spouse, Russell Miller; parents, Robert and Maude Belt, Emory and Joann Miller; a sister: Louise Smith; several brothers and sister-in-law; several nieces and nephews; one grandson, Joseph Miller.

The family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Paul Ragon will officiate.

Interment will be conducted Wednesday at 12 pm at Greenwood Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral at 11:00 am to go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Evan Wampler, Elijah Wampler, Brian Wampler, Joshua Dotson, Noah Bolinger, Jarred Garrett and Robbie Belt.
