Hazel Shelton Corby

She retired from Plus Mark.

Mrs. Corby attended Limestone Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law: Huvel and Linda Shelton; special nephews and nieces: Charles and Linda Malone and Mary and Jerry Harmon; a special nephew: Randal Corby of South Carolina; numerous other nieces and nephews; and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Don Corby; her parents: Simon and Ethel Shelton; two brothers: Grady and Joseph Shelton; and seven sisters: Berlie Hesse, Leatha Malone, Jettie Dunbar, Nettie Ward, Betty Wallin, Geraldine Hensley, and Emma Shelton.

The family extends a special thanks to the staff of the 7th floor of Johnson City Medical Center and to all of her friends who sent flowers and for their prayers.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11am Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dennis Shumate officiating.

Interment will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her family and friends.
