Dorothy Louise Wilkerson

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Wilkerson was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

She was a loving, devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years: Charles Wilkerson; one son: Charles Wilkerson, Jr.; one grandson: Mikey Cox; sisters: Annie Myers, Mary Rathbone, Elise Collins, and Barbara Jordan; three brothers: Ben Morgan, Paul Morgan, and Jerry Morgan; good friend: Glenda Carpenter; and caregivers: Kay Ward and Lavada Knight.

She was preceded in death by two daughters: Denise Cox and Carolyn Wilkerson; her parents: Cornell and Myrtle Morgan; a sister: Sue Blanche Collins; and two brothers: John E. Morgan and Frank Morgan.

The family will receive friends Thursday 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at Kiser- Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be Friday at 2 pm in the Chapel of Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Long officiating.

Interment will follow in Harris Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be nephews and friends.
