She was Baptist by faith.
Anna is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis (Bob) Holt and Jannie (Bobby) Pleasant; six granddaughters, Brandy (Jody)Knuckles, April Helton, Chrystal Dunn, Heather Peltier, Gayle (Kevin) Harrell and Marlena (Charles) Cox; three grandsons, Billy (Becky) Davis, David (Lisa) Carter, and Johnny Helton. Also surviving are seven Great granddaughters: Sierra Davis, LaKayleh Helton, Mya Davis, Kynzee White, Trinity Davis, Kelti Harrell and Kimberly Dunn; six great grandsons: Christopher Smith, Tanner Peltier, Jason Dunn, Ethan McDonald, Eric McDonald and Landon Chesser; two great great granddaughters: Paisley Smith and Bria Davis; and four great great grandsons: Blake Fletcher, Braxton Dunn, Hudson Dunn and Zayn Davis; special friend, Francis Patrick and her furbaby, Oreo.
She was the daughter of the late Frances Ballard. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Emiline Ricker; daughters, Pat Davis, Nancy Helton, and Mary Smith as well as two great grandsons, Aston Peltier and Hunter White.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. Other times friends may visit at 110 Apt A Simpson Street, Greeneville.
The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2 pm in the chapel of Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Buster Shelton officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers are David Carter, Billy Davis, Ethan McDonald, Kevin Harrell, Lloyd Smith and Jody Knockles.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of ICU and the fourth floor at Greeneville Community Hospital East.
