Stephen Arthur Wright

He was born on November 24, 1943, to Arthur and Madelyn Wright in Greencastle, Indiana. He graduated from Greencastle High School in 1962 and then Indiana State University in 1966 with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Steve served as a Medic in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. After a distinguished career with ServiceMaster, Steve returned to Greencastle for retirement where he enjoyed golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mary Kaye Hunteman of Richmond, Indiana. He is survived by his niece Susan Dormans and her children Grace, Lily, and Theo of Valencia, California as well as his nephew David Hunteman, niece Melissa (Chris) Jordan, and his brother-in-law Dr. Roy Hunteman all of Richmond, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home followed by burial at New Providence Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the Funeral Home at 12pm until the start of service.
