Alongside her sister, Alyssa, another beautiful soul has taken her place in heaven. Monica, the youngest of 13, was a warm hearted, loving and gentle woman. Her gentle nature allowed her to connect with adults and kids alike. She loved spending time with her family, listening to music and making others laugh. She’ll be forever in our hearts.
Monica is survived by her mother, Theresa; sisters, Diane Montoya, Carla Montoya, Sonya Montoya-Boncore and husband, Carl Boncore, Sarah Delgado and Amy Montoya; brothers, David Montoya, Joseph Montoya, Michael Montoya, Christopher Montoya, Mark Montoya and Shantel Sirio and Matthew Montoya and Sonya Benavides, 16 nephews and 12 nieces.
She is preceded in death by her father, David, sister, Alyssa, and niece Aaliya.
Visitation will be from 5 – 9 pm Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Stoddard Funeral Home. A Celebration of life will be held at 9 am Friday, November 30, 2018 at Journey Christian Church, 4754 W 31st St, Greeley.
