Michael Lewis Morgan

Mike was born on March 27th, 1954, to Lee and Edna Morgan in Denver. After graduating from Westminster High School in 1972, he went on to study business at the University of Northern Colorado. While there, he met his wife Jan Morgan.

After graduation, he went into the financial industry as a wealth manager. Later, he started his lifelong career, Advantage Advisor.

Mike and Jan were married in 1976 and had 3 children: Shanna, Kendra, and Garrett.

During his early adult life he would travel the country with his family and motorcycle club. He later fulfilled a dream of learning to sail, where he joined the Carter Lake Sail Club and was known as "Captain Morgan". His latest "toy" was his Corvette, which he used to explore Colorado with the TORCA Club.

Mike was predeceased by his grandmother Mary Erwin and his parents Lewis and Edna (Erwin) Morgan. He is survived by his wife Jan (Clayburn) Morgan, children Shanna (Dan) Ranous, Kendra (Brad) Ficek, Garrett Morgan, and five grandchildren.

Services will be held at Christ Community Church in Greeley at 1pm on Monday October 30th.
