Luis Fernando Romero

Luis, attended High School in Fort Collins at Poudre Community Academy; graduated in 2021. After High School he began working on his Associates Degree at AIMS community college. Luis was an active young man who loved all things outdoors. From attending concerts, playing sports, hanging out with his friends and enjoying a relaxing day reading comic books and watching movies. Luis’s had a love for music, some of his favorite artist he saw in concert were Young Pinch and Travis Scott. He was always happy to be outdoors playing football and lacrosse or spending a day on the sand in California. Luis loved to travel, most notably to California and Nevada (to attend Coachella). Amongst his other interests, Luis had a passion for the culinary arts. Luis hoped to one day study abroad, learning from scholars and chefs from around the world. He had a strong faith in his ability to accomplish his goals; this being instilled in him from an early age. Luis attended the St. John’s Evangelist Catholic church in Loveland CO. Between his passion, goals and interests Luis was a young man who lived life to the fullest. His Mother, Andrea Alarcon, Step-Father, Jamie Alarcon, Brother, Travis Gomez, and Sisters’, Isabel, Guadalupe, Mariah and Vida Romero will miss their son and brother (respectively). He was a father figure and protector to his sisters. Luis was always willing to be there for anyone in need; whether it was shoulder to cry on, a helping hand or comforting words. Luis cared deeply for those around him, and they cared deeply for him. Our hearts go out to his family, his friends and everyone else that will miss Luis in his passing.

Luis was preceded in death by his father; Juan Manuel Romero.

A viewing & rosary for Luis will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Allnutt Funeral Service - Macy Chapel, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634. A liturgy of the word will occur Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Allnutt Funeral Service - Macy Chapel.

Luis' pallbearers will be Joshua Gomez, Jamie Alacorn, Travis Gomez, Ramon Romero, Maximo Trevizo and Jesse Padilla.

A reception will follow the Graveside service at Mason's Event Center located at 829 10th Ave in Greeley Colorado.
