Lee was born in Greeley, Colorado on August 9, 1954 to Elmer and Elsie Hoff (Boltz).
He attended Windsor schools, where he was a champion wrestler for Windsor High School. He went on to receive an A.S. degree in electronics from Aims Community College. He worked in the HVAC industry. He married Nancy Etter in 1981, and they had one daughter, Amanda.
Lee is survived by his daughter Amanda Neice of Seattle, WA; sister Charlotte Osborne of Johnstown, CO; brother Randy Hoff of Ephrata, WA; nephew Chris Hoff of Olympia, WA; grandson Charlie Neice; granddaughter Caroline Neice, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those who knew Lee, knew of his kind and loving nature, and his willingness to help others in any given situation.
