Donald Joe Davis

A celebration of life for Don will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Directors, 523 S Main St., Grapevine, Texas 76051.

Don was born in Fort Worth, Texas, to father Donald Davis and mother Jo Hightower, who preceded his death.

After spending much of his childhood in Fort Worth, Don’s family moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area for the rest of his youth. An accomplished baseball player, his team even played in the Little League World Series in New York City. Don later moved back to the Fort Worth area for good and worked a variety of jobs, but spent the majority of his career in sales. This took him all across the country, but he always cared most about getting back home to his family. The perfect day for him would probably have started with a round of golf with his close friends, and ended with college football or a good western on TV with his family and a plate of fried chicken.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Belinda; his son, Spenser, and wife, Holly, and grandsons Foster and Finn; and daughter, Ashley.
