Rose Mae (Koster) McIntyre, age 91 of Grandville, on the basis of her personal faith in Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior, entered into His presence November 18, 2023. "Blessed in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Psalm 116:15.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James D. Sr.; brothers Robert Koster, Daniel Koster, David Koster; sister, Betty Schepers. She will be lovingly remembered by her children James D. (Linda) McIntyre Jr. of Kentwood, Randall (Janet) McIntyre of Alto, Robin (Tony) Gregg of Stanton, Ronald (Sondra) McIntyre of Zeeland, Jodi (Robert) Barbazette of WV; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many additional relatives.
Rose will be remembered as a godly woman who loved the Lord and her family, and she cherished her many friends. She volunteered for many mission organizations; she went on several mission work teams all over the world. Rose will always be remembered for being a faithful prayer warrior.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 22 2023, with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m., at Grandville Bible Church, 4122 44th St. SW, Grandville. Pastor Robert Barbazette and Pastor Doug Huntington will officiate. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Kenya Hope or Barnabas Ministries/Abide Homes.
