Kathy Holleman

Kathy Holleman, age 69 of Jenison, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marv; father, Kenneth Lowing; stepfather, Orin Mercer; father-in-law, Marvin Holleman Sr.; and mother-in-law, Gertrude Holleman. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Brian (Lori) Holleman, Tamara (Doug) Thoman, April (Billy) Eppink; her beloved grandchildren Kiersten and Carly Holleman, Travis, Danielle, and Clayton Lodenstein, Justin, Michael, and Joshua Thoman, Kenzie and Brynley Eppink; mother, Sarah Mercer; stepmother, Maxine Lowing; brother, Bruce (Julie) Lowing; sister-in-law, Evelyn Harris; and many other special friends.

Kathy spent many years working various jobs at Keebler, Groskopf’s, Fairlanes, and Weller Auto. She always said her favorite job was Fairlanes where she developed many lifelong friendships. Kathy loved her kids, grandchildren, and her dogs. She also enjoyed following and watching racing, both locally at Berlin and nationally, and spending time at their seasonal campsite at Nature’s Chain of Lakes in Six Lakes.
