Nancy Henrietta (Krause) Wymore, 84, died December 29, 2023 at Olathe Medical Center. She was born December 29, 1939 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, the daughter of Charles John, III and Ida Marie (Schmidtman) Krause.
Nancy graduated from Westport High School in Kansas City, Missouri. While in high school she started roller skating at the Playmor Roller Rink. She participated in many skating competitions and enjoyed her time there. The roller rink is where she met Jack Nathaniel Wymore.
Jack and Nancy were married on August 31, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri. They were married for 25 years. During that time they raised three children.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded by her brother Charles John Krause IV and her sister Sally (Krause) Toft. She is survived by her sister Merry (Krause) Becker and her children Teresa (Wymore) Kelley, Jodie (Wymore) Ware, and her son Mike Wymore and his wife Shannon. She had seven grandchildren, Patrick,Trevor, Whitney, Kendall, Lara, Alex, Nate and two great grandchildren, Devlin and Toby.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
