I had the pleasure of working with Terry at Booth Family Services for several years.  He was a very determined man and I greatly admired his faith-especially during the past years when times were difficult.  His smile was contagious, as was his laugh.  I pray peace and blessings to his family.  You should know how often he talked about all you at work.  His family truly was his greatest joy. Our earthly loss is heaven's gain.

Terry was always ready to lend a helping hand, let me pick his brain, or just listen as I served in the Hospitality Ministry at Vineyard North.  He and his wife Alice gave deeply and transparently to ministry.  It is because of their obedience and sacrificial giving to the body of Christ, ministering inner healing and deliverance through Neil T. Anderson's Seven steps to freedom that I walk in freedom.  While I am deeply saddened by Terry's passing, I celebrate that his struggle with illness and disease is over and he is at peace with the Lord.  May God bless and comfort all who loved Terry.

Terry was a great person to know. He showed much compassion for human life. He was very determined to help the less fortunate and it was a pleasure working with him through the years. He will be sadly missed! My condolences are with the family through this tough time.

I am going to miss Terry. I volunteered at Booth Family Services, in the food pantry. Terry would always greet me with a smile and "Hi, Klorissa." My twin sister Kari, worked in the pantry, and Terry would sometimes call us "Dynamic Duo."  Over the four years that I volunteered there, the staff was sort of like family to me. Very good people!!! I will miss his jokes, smile, and wise words that he would share with my sister and I. I cried hearing that he had passed away. My condolences are with his family and all who loved him. I am sorry for your loss. We're going to miss you. :(

Terry will be sorely missed by many employees at The Salvation Army.  A great friend who always had very wise words to share.  He often talked about his family and they were very precious to him.  A great man I'm glad to have as a friend and co-worker.

My own dealings with the same kind of cancer Terry had will keep me from attending the memorial service for him. but your family is definitely in my prayers.  It is amazing that he was willing and able to continue working in aiding the needy up to so close to the end of his life; I had to give that up a full year ago!  It just underlines what a good man Terry was.

When I think of Terry my first thought is TLC - Terry Laine Cruzan, Tender Loving Care. Although I haven't seen Terry since high school, it looks like this is the way he lived his life.  What a beautiful legacy! Alice, my heart and sympathy go out to you and your family.

Terry will be greatly missed by his fellow food security advocates. As the Chair of the ENTF Food and Nutrition Coalition this past year, I had an opportunity to work closely with Terry on a number of projects. His experience and knowledge have been essential to the cause. As the current Pantry Director at John Knox Community Food Pantry I assure you his memory and impression there are still felt to this day and many of our volunteers were saddened to hear of his untimely departure. You, his family and loved ones, will be in our prayers and thoughts in the weeks to come.
