Lee Bugbee

Mr. Lee Bugbee, age 74, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 12, 2013, surrounded by his family. Lee was a spiritual leader in his family and in his church. His main hope in this life was that his family would come to know the Lord in the special way that he did. He was an active member and Worship Leader at Grand Rapids Faith Fellowship Church since it began in 1983.

He is survived by his children, Greg and Christine Bugbee, Brad and Sue Bugbee, Sylvia and Charlie Guenzi; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Ken and Jan Bugbee, Don Kerr, Edith Bugbee, Barb Miller, Mary and Don Taylor, Richard and Marcia Bard, and Jim and Diane Banka; also many nieces and nephews. He joins many of his family and friends who have gone on before him in Heaven. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a contribution to the Grand Rapids Faith Fellowship Church, 3931 Leland N.E., Comstock Park, MI, 49321 in memory of Mr. Bugbee.

Funeral services in celebration of the life of Lee will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 12:00 noon at New Community Church, 2340 Dean Lake Ave. N.E., Grand Rapids. The family will receive friends at Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave. N.E. Grand Rapids on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again at the church 1 hr. prior to the service at noon.
