Robert Tyler Davis Jr. was born August 10, 1953. On May 3, 2019 he lost his courageous battle with cancer. Loving husband of 42 years to Dolores Davis. Longtime resident of Grand Prairie until his death, former resident of Falfurrias, TX. Proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fidelis.
He enjoyed giving out nick names to family members. Served his community as a volunteer member of the Grand Prairie Citizens on Patrol (C.O.P.S) organization.
He is now celebrating in Heaven with his parents: Joy Fay and Robert Tyler Davis Sr.; grandson Sean Trammell; grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
Survived by wife "Lole" "D" Dolores Davis; children: Melissa Trammell and husband, Brad, Jay Manson and wife, Josie, Travis Davis, Laura Lane and husband, Trenton; grandchildren: Aaron Manson and wife, Johnna, Mathew Manson and wife, Melissa, Daniel H Alaniz, Elyscia Rich and husband, Matthew, Summer Wilson and husband, Tyler, Grayce Mae Lane, Dakota Trammell; great-grandchildren: Anthony Manson, Madelynn Manson, Zaxton Wilson, Charlotte Manson, Lennox Wilson, Elena Claire Rich; siblings: Jack Davis and wife, Kathy, Joann "Carrot" Hunter and husband, Johnny, Ellen Petrie, Janet Koppel, Pat Koppel; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
