Mary Reba Scarbrough, 76, passed away April 15, 2014. She was born December 23, 1937. Mary moved to Arlington in 2001 and was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She has been at the Santa Fe Rehab Center since 2011. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Scarbrough. She is survived by her brother, Edward Earl Griffin of California; and other loved ones.
