Jo Ann Kasten, age 85, of Arlington, Texas passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 in Arlington. Jo Ann was born January 17, 1938 in Ennis, Texas to John Clint Hill and Ruby Walker Hill
Jo Ann received her BA in Education. Her specialty was Specialist in Communication for special needs for children, their teachers and their families. She married David O. Kasten in 1956 and together they raised a son, Mark, and a daughter, Beth. They were married for more than 64 years, before David passed away on March 12, 2021.
