Hugo Rene Flores

Hugo Rene Flores, age 52, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022. Hugo was born in Grand Prairie, Texas on December 15, 1970, the son of Domingo Flores, Jr. and Virginia Iris Gonzalez-Flores.

Growing up, Hugo loved to play soccer, ride motorcycles, and enjoyed classic cars. He even had his signature 1993 Chevy pickup truck that he won awards for. Hugo worked for Sears Automotive, then perfected his skills as a welder, and continued to work as a truck driver for auto transport. Hugo had a great sense of humor and loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Hugo is survived by his parents Domingo and Virginia; brothers Dominic Omar Flores and Logan Artoo Flores; nephews Logan Andrew Flores and Victor Manuel Flores; nieces Victoria Lynn Flores and Evelyn Iris Beltre-Flores. Hugo was preceded in death by his son Xavier Mikael Miller-Flores, paternal grandfather Domingo Flores, uncle Roberto Flores, paternal grandfather Felipe L. Gonzalez and maternal grandmother Martina Castilla Gonzalez, aunt Yolanda Isabel Gonzalez-Lopez, and uncle Hugo Gonzalez.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 5:00-8:00pm at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00am on Friday, January 6, 2023 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Grand Prairie. Interment will follow at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens.
