Mr. Williams was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was born to Nolan and Lovina Williams on November 7, 1940 in Oil City, Louisiana. He chose a career as a licensed two-way radio communication technician and had his own company until he retired. In 1962, he married the love of his life and settled in Euless, Texas, where they raised a son and a daughter. Mr. Williams served his country in the Texas Air National Guard as a Staff Sergeant during the Vietnam era.
