Pansie was born on September 12, 1940, in Monte Vista, Colorado, to Arnold M. and Norma F. (Godman) Boothe. She spent her childhood in Grand Junction and attended Grand Junction High School. On May 31, 1957, Pansie married her sweetheart, Edward L. Hackler in Clifton. The couple divided their time between Hotchkiss and Grand Junction. They attended Bookcliff Baptist Church in Grand Junction. Sadly, Edward preceded her in death in June of 2021, just one day after their 64th anniversary.
Pansie took tremendous pride in being a wife and a mother. She leaves behind her beautiful family, daughters, Shari Hackler, Sandi Grippa, and Sindy Poundstone; brothers, Roscoe Boothe and Loyal Boothe; 7 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will take place at Martin Mortuary on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 10 a.m., with a graveside service to follow at 1 p.m. at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens.
