Keith was born on June 20, 1929 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado from the union of Vivian (Shorty) and Edna Etta White. He spent his childhood in Meeker and graduated from Meeker High School and later joined the Navy.
Mutual friends introduced him to Joan Austell for a horseback riding trip in Meeker, CO. Keith and Joan would marry in Grand Junction on August 9, 1959. The family lived in Craig CO. and later moved to Grand Junction in 1985. Joan preceded Keith in death on December 20 2019.
Keith was a member of the First Christian Church and a member of the Fruita Masonic Lodge #120. He worked as an Engineer for the State of Colorado enjoyed camping and being outside taking care of his yard and plants.
Keith leaves behind a son and daughter-in-law, Kemitt and Becky White of Whitewater, CO. Six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Ben and Brian White, a grandson Daniel White, and his brothers, Ivan, Willard and Charles White, a sister, Vivian White
A visitation will be held 9:00 to 10:00 AM, December 16, 2022 at Martin Mortuary, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM. A committal service will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
