Kay was born on November 21st, 1938 in Newton, Kansas to Isabelle and Raymond Fisk.
She spent her school years in Clifton, Colorado and graduated from Central High School
with class of 1956.
Kay went on to be a homemaker and raise her two sons with her husband Carl Cook Sr.
She enjoyed, sewing, quilting, arts and crafts, spending time with loved ones, and was a
faithful member of the Clifton Christian Church. One of her favorite pastimes was going
to the Dollar Tree.
She was a devoted loving wife and mother to Carl Cook Sr. Survived by two sons Gary
Cook and wife Katie and Carl Cook Jr. and wife Denise. Five grandchildren, Evan,
Isabelle, Walker, Breanna, and Sarah. Two great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Lyla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl, brothers; Earl and Keith Fisk,
and daughter Diana Cook.
A family visitation will be held on Sunday July 21st from 4pm-6pm at Callahan Edfast Mortuary. The funeral service will be held at Martin Mortuary, 550 North Avenue, on Monday, July
22nd at 10am. Burial services will be
held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
